My favorite snack
Traditional Indian Nachos 🙂
1 cup – Besan (Gram Flour)
2 cup – Yellow Moong daal Granulated (split moong beans washed)
2 table spoon Suji (semolina)
1 table spoon oil (vegetable oil)
spices (Salt, Red chili powder, Ajwain(carom seeds), Dhaniya(coriander seeds) powder optional)
Oil for frying
Add all the ingredient Mix well, then add water little by little and make a stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes .
Roll using chapathi roller to a thin sheet. Then cut into small pieces, any shape u want . Then prick holes with fork to avoid puffing up while frying.
Let them dry naturally for few hours or all night…n then fry it until golden n crisp.
